That alone, won't work.

P2P was free for 2 months or so before they could fix payment system.
And it didn't work.

P2P must be promoted AND have free trial both at same time.
If this doesn't work, then the conclusion is simple.

- Make it possible, for a limited amount of time, say 2-3 months, to "buy" subscription with ingame crystals (converted from gold). Problem is, this won't bring direct money to mail.ru.

It is possible and has been for quite some time now. Crystals are crystals, the distinction between in-game tradable currency an non-tradable (other than premium crystals) is no longer there after Allods was transferred from Gpotato to My.com.
